The program aims to qualify Kuwaiti fresh graduates for careers in the banking sector. It offers a comprehensive one-year training experience that combines theoretical knowledge with practical field training. Participants are trained both locally and internationally, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and experience to excel in the banking industry.
In light of the global health challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, KIBS has adapted the program to a remote learning format. This approach ensures the safety of all participants while maintaining the program’s high standards of education and training.
The program is part of the “Kafa’a” initiative launched by the Central Bank of Kuwait, in collaboration with Kuwaiti banks. It is managed by KIBS and aims to build a skilled and competent workforce capable of supporting the country’s development goals.
Graduates of the program receive certification from the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF), a prestigious institution recognized for its rigorous training standards in the banking and financial sectors.
