Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies (KIBS) held a seminar titled “Digital Leadership” on December 3, 2019, at JW Marriott Hotel – Thuraya Hall – Kuwait, delivered by Erik Qualman, the globally renowned speaker and the #1 bestselling author on digital leadership. The announcement was made by Prof. Yaqoub Al-Refaei, Director General of KIBS.
