As part of its strategic initiative to form key alliances with leading global institutions, Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies (KIBS) is organizing a specialized executive training program titled “Digital Transformation Leadership,” in collaboration with INSEAD, one of the world’s top business schools.
Prof. Yaqoub Al-Refaei, Director General of KIBS, stated that this program marks the second in a series of important collaborations with INSEAD. These efforts aim to bring a range of tailored programs to leadership in the financial and banking sectors in Kuwait and the GCC region.
This program is considered one of the key offerings by KIBS, as it focuses on the modern and evolving concept of digital transformation. Participants will explore essential topics such as enhancing traditional strategic frameworks with innovative digital approaches to create impactful digital experiences, developing digital strategies that drive value and profitable growth, and understanding the power of data in a digital world. The program also highlights maintaining agility, entrepreneurial thinking, and adaptability to seize new profitable opportunities.
Participants will also learn to identify key digital levers for value creation by leveraging emerging technologies and digital trends, while exploring both the opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape.
The program is scheduled to take place from November 11 to 14, 2019, in Abu Dhabi, and will feature a distinguished group of digital transformation leaders from various sectors.
