In line with the Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies (KIBS) commitment to enhancing financial awareness among women and empowering them to manage wealth and make sound investment decisions, the Institute is organizing a specialized session highlighting the concept of investment and women’s investment behavior under the title “Women’s Wealth Management,” to be held on Wednesday, 10 June 2026, at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait Hotel.
The session will highlight the growing role of women in investment and wealth building, as well as explore how financial institutions and wealth managers can better understand changes in female investor behavior, financial priorities, and long-term wealth planning approaches.
It reflects the Institute’s commitment to addressing and discussing contemporary financial and investment issues through practical and forward-looking dialogues that support both the banking sector and the business community.
Key discussions will focus on investment behavior and decision-making patterns among women, the impact of culture and market dynamics on investment approaches, and wealth management strategies tailored specifically for female clients, while providing practical frameworks for financial institutions and wealth advisors.
It will also present case studies and discussions on the evolving expectations of female investors in regional and global markets.
The session will be delivered by one of the region’s leading experts in economics and international investment strategies, who has played an influential role in establishing Kuwait’s capital market system and modernizing its institutional framework, as well as in the privatization of the Kuwait Stock Exchange and the establishment of business companies in the financial, education, and healthcare sectors. He has gained extensive experience through a professional career spanning local and international roles across diverse economic environments, including Kuwait, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and global markets. His work focuses on linking economic strategy, investment development, and institutional transformation in both the public and private sectors.
For more than five decades, KIBS has played a central role in developing talent and advancing professional capabilities across Kuwait’s banking and financial sectors through specialized training, executive education, certifications, assessments, e-learning, and research initiatives.
