On December 15, 2021, KIBS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Kuwait Institute for Judicial and Legal Studies at the headquarters of the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute. The MoU was signed by Prof. Yaqoub Al-Refaei, Director General of KIBS, and His Excellency Counselor Hani Mohammed Al-Hamdan, Director of KIBS for Judicial and Legal Studies and Deputy Chief Justice of the Court of Appeals.
Al-Refaei stated that the MoU consists of eight articles focused on mutual cooperation and the exchange of expertise in the fields of training and development, serving the shared objectives of both institutions.
