To enable the standardization of the human resources processes within the banking and finance sector in Kuwait, the IBS offers a variety of professional certification services.

Some are developed in-house and are accredited by international organizations and some are exam preparation training programs for international certifications. For the latter, the IBS performs the role of the authorized training and/or testing center for international organizations.
