The Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies (KIBS) frequently invites world-renowned speakers to present workshops, programs and seminars for executives across private and public sectors in Kuwait.
During 2023 – 2024, KIBS held a webinar presented by Loaay Ahmed (MDeS, FRSA) titled “CX, Banking & the Future: Insights for Innovation”
The Institute also invited Mo Gawdat – Former Chief Business Officer at Google [X], for a talk titled “AI: Scary Smart.”
During 2022 – 2023, KIBS invited Dr. Dr. Niro Sivanathan, Professor of Organizational Behavior at the London Business School, to conduct a workshop titled “Influence & Negotiations.”
The Institute also invited Prof. Ikhlaq Sidhu, Dean of the School of Science & Technology in Madrid’s IE University in Spain, for a seminar titled “How Will AI Impact Banking.”

Over the last few years, KIBS hosted myriad world-renowned speakers such as:
John C. Maxwell, Robin Sharma, Dave Ulrich, Tom Peters, Adrian Gostick, John Baldoni, Mark Sanborn, Laurence Haughton, Francesco Gino from Harvard Business School and Mohammed Al Qahtani, holder of the world championship in diction and rhetoric 2015 and the first Arab to achieve this title since its inception in 1924.
