In 2023-2024, KIBS hosted a webinar titled “CX, Banking & the Future: Insights for Innovation” presented by Loaay Ahmed (MDeS, FRSA). It also held a talk titled “AI: Scary Smart” featuring Mo Gawdat, former Chief Business Officer at Google [X].

Over recent years, KIBS has welcomed numerous distinguished speakers including John C.
