As part of services diversification and the enlargement of our client base, the Institute provides a number of distinct professional programs, including the Real Estate Valuation Program, which is specialized in real estate valuation. The program contains 4 training levels, 16 educational modules, and 300 training hours.

The Institute of Banking Studies conducts this program in collaboration with the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM ACADEMY), in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

After successfully passing the tests, the participant receives an accredited certificate and a membership card from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, which qualifies him to provide real estate consultancy.
